Ang Citadel Builders LLC ay kinontrata ng Kailas Company, may-ari ng proyekto, upang maitayo ang Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans batay sa isang kasunduan sa paglilisensya ng tatak sa Hard Rock International, ang hinaharap na tagapamahala ng hotel.
